If you have opted to skip the auto device test in future, you can always run the device test manually again as and when you wish to.
Step 1: Access Personal Settings menu
After log-in, click on the top right round icon on your Room Landing Page.
Step 2: Start device test
Click Test your device.
Step 3: Webcam test
Click YES, I CAN if you can see yourself in the videoscreen. If you can't, ensure the correct webcam is selected or, if you are using an external webcam, that you have connected your webcam to your computer. Then click the REFRESH icon. If you still cannot see yourself, click NO, I CAN'T and follow the suggested steps to troubleshoot.
Step 4: Microphone test
Speak a few words and if you observe the volume bar moving as your speak, click YES, I CAN. If you are not able to, ensure the correct microphone is selected or click the REFRESH icon. If the volume bar still does not move as you speak, click NO, I CAN'T and follow the suggested steps to troubleshoot.
Step 5: Speaker test
Turn up the volume of your speaker and click the Play button in the centre of the video. If you can hear the video's audio, click YES, I CAN. If you are not able to, click NO, I CAN'T and follow the suggested steps to troubleshoot.
Step 6: Device test completed
You have completed the device test. Leave the box checked if you want to continue to run the device test manually in future only when needed. Click BACK TO ORGANISATION to return to the Room Landing Page.
